Impulsouth key partners from Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Madagascar, Niger, Uganda and Zambia gathered the 10th of May, 2022 to share and discuss past collaborations and build together the base of a building capacity climate action agenda for the next year of cooperation.

Under the theme, “Global cooperation for Climate Action: building capacities to adapt to a changing climate”, government national focal points and research institutions’ teams supported by Impulsouth had the opportunity to meet and interact, as well as make suggestions on how Impulsouth could keep supporting them in an effective way.

“We are very happy to see the high engagement of partners during the meeting. This encounter marks one year of cooperation to build capacities for climate action as we approach the global stocktake. It also kicks off a series of south-south cooperation activities that will be designed and implemented by the partners with the support of Impulsouth executive team” said Paula Ellinger, Impulsouth coordinator.
